This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products and services purchased through our platform. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following policies:

Delivery Policy

Ticket Tomorrow offers three types of ticket delivery options, depending on the preferences of the Event Organizer and the ticket purchaser:

1. Online Delivery:

For online delivery, customers will receive an email or text message containing a QR code to their provided phone number or email address. This QR code serves as the electronic ticket for entry into the event. Upon successful scanning of the QR code at the venue, customers will gain entry to the show.

2. Pickup Option:

Customers opting for pickup will have the choice to collect their physical tickets from either a designated Ticket Tomorrow pickup location or directly from the Event Organizer's specified pickup point. The pickup location options will be communicated to the customer during the ticket purchasing process.

3. Dropoff Service:

With the dropoff option, Ticket Tomorrow will dispatch physical tickets to the location specified by the purchaser during the checkout process. The tickets will be delivered to the provided address, ensuring convenience for customers who prefer to receive their tickets directly.

It's important to note that the availability of delivery options may vary depending on the event and the preferences set by the Event Organizer. Customers are encouraged to review the available delivery methods during the ticket purchasing process and select the option that best suits their needs.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the product or service.

Delivery Methods:

As mentioned earlier, Ticket Tomorrow offers three delivery options, which are determined based on the event and the preferences specified by the Event Organizer. In the case of the Dropoff Service, the shipping platform or method will be determined by Ticket Tomorrow or the Event Organizer. Please, note that, purchaser will pay the shipping cost for such Dropoff Service and customer’s cooperation for such delivery is expected.

Shipping Addresses:

Customers are accountable for furnishing accurate and comprehensive shipping details. Ticket Tomorrow bears no responsibility for items dispatched to inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions:

Certain products or services might be subject to shipping limitations contingent upon geographical location or local regulations. Prior to placing an order, customers are tasked with verifying and adhering to these restrictions.

Delivery Confirmation:

Following successful delivery, customers will receive a confirmation email containing pertinent particulars, including tracking information if applicable. Digital products or services will be dispensed via email or accessed through the customer's account on our platform.

Shipping Delays:

While we endeavor to adhere to all delivery schedules, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, delays in customs, technical glitches, or other external factors may result in delays. We appreciate your understanding in such occurrences.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery:

If a product is returned to Ticket Tomorrow due to non-delivery, such as an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred. However, in cases where delivery of the product becomes infeasible due to circumstances such as customer negligence in providing the correct address or failing to be available to receive the ticket, Ticket Tomorrow will not be held liable. In cases where the customer provides additional shipping charges but circumstances prevent the ticket from being delivered, the purchaser will be required to collect the tickets from designated pickup locations. However, if the pickup facility is no longer available or accessible, the purchaser's tickets will be forfeited.
