Event Policy
Welcome to droidcon Bangladesh 2025, the premier Android and Kotlin developer conference in the region! To ensure a smooth, engaging, and secure experience for all attendees, please review and follow these event guidelines:
🎫 Ticketing & Entry
Individual Entry: Each ticket admits one person only. All attendees must present a valid form of identification and their e-ticket (either digital or printed).
Non-Refundable Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase.
Entry Window: Entry to the venue is allowed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Please plan accordingly to avoid missing sessions or check-ins.
🧳 Venue & Access
Bag Policy: For safety reasons and venue regulations, large bags are not allowed inside. Small sling bags, laptop sleeves, or backpacks may be permitted after inspection.
Security Measures: Random security checks may be conducted. Cooperation with the venue and organizing staff is mandatory.
Code of Conduct: Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
☕ Food & Amenities
Catering: The organizer will provide snacks, lunch, and coffee/tea for all attendees during scheduled breaks. Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
No Parking: The venue does not provide parking. We recommend using public transport or rideshare services to reach the event location.
🔌 Devices & Photography
Electronics Allowed: You are welcome to bring laptops, tablets, chargers, and other developer tools. Power stations may be limited, so come prepared.
Media Usage: Photography and video recording for personal, non-commercial use are allowed. However, please refrain from obstructing sessions or disturbing speakers.
Recording Disclaimer: The event will be professionally photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to be included in event documentation and promotional materials.
🚫 Prohibited Items
The following are strictly not allowed inside the venue:
Weapons or sharp objects
Alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances
Offensive materials or behavior that disrupts the learning environment
